Peel yam and cut into medium chunks, wash and pour inside a pot

Wash dry fish with hot water and pinch of salt and pour inside the pot and place on fire

Add ground Cameroon pepper, ehuru, crayfish, okpeyi 2 cubes of seasoning, add chicken and stock, slice of uziza and utazi and allow to simmer for 10 mins and add a drop of palm oil

Taste for salt and continue to check the yam until its tender.
