500 gmFresh milk
2-3 tbspFresh cream
2-3 tbspCardamom
6-7Cashew
7-8Almond
8-9Raisin
5-6Pistachio
1/2 cupSugar
2 tbspGhee

Take carrots..peel them..Cut roughly..put into pressure cooker..Take 1 whistle..switch off gas

After pressure out..mash the carrots lightly with the masher then put into milk when milk dry then add cream mix and cook again

Add sugar,ghee cook well...garnish with dry fruits
