Rinse the veggies thoroughly and chop them down in small chunks. Wash the tomato green chilli and ginger place them in mixture grinder and make a fine paste

. Them heat some oil in the pan and fry potato califlwr capsicum and trsfer the fried veggies in the plate

In the same pan heat 2 tbsp oil to add tamto ginger paste and cook for 4-5 mint

And add coriander powder red chilli powder turmeric powder salt

Let it simmer until you see oil leaving the side masala when add green Pease and cook for 2_3 mints until the Pease get soft we will add garammasala when you see gently boil in the gravy add fried veggies and stir mix everything nicly

Then cover & cook sbji for 2_3-mints sbji is now ready
