Heat some oil in a pan, add chopped onion and saute till they turn brown and caramelized.
Add chopped green chillies, cauliflower, cabbage and saute well.
Turn the heat off and add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, biryani masala, Chaat masala and mix well.
Add chopped mint, tomatoes, curd and mix well.
Add water if required and prepare a thick batter.
Using this batter, prepare medium sized pancakes and serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
