Tomato-vegetable sauce

Wash your pepper, tomatoes and onions then blend in a food processor to get a rough consistency

Wash and slice your vegetable and cut an onions in ring form

Heat up the oil, fry the onions for 5seconds then pour in your tomato-pepper blend. Do not fry until dry. fly slightly

De-bone and wash your fish then add to the frying tomato
- 5
Lastly add in your vegetable and turn off the heat
- 6
Ready to eat. Serve with Yam, rice, potatoes or anything you desire
