Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1 tbspsugar
  4. 1tbsn yeast
  5. Like warm water as required
  6. For the syrup
  7. 1 cupwater
  8. 1 cupsugar
  9. 1/2tspn cardamom powder or vanilla essence
  10. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl put the flour,sugar,eggs,yeast and water then mix well and beat hard to activate the yeast.the consistency should be thick

    Put it aside for 45 minutes to rise.this is how it should look

    Using a piping bag make balls into the frying pan and flip them around for 5_6 minutes on medium heat

    Once done,let them cool

    Meanwhile prepare the syrup.in a pot put one cup of water and one cup of sugar and cardamom.boil until it thickens and forms bubbles

    Once thick n foamy,add the cooled kaimatis to the syrup and flip them up and down to get this....serve with tea
