Boil the meat for at least 1 hour 30 min. If you'll use pressure cooker, the better for only 45 minutes

When the boiling water is clear, add quarter cup oil

Fry the onion separately and add in the meat

Grind garlic with the black pepper and add them too

Stir well and cover the meat for at least 5 minutes so that the meat gets the smell of the ingredients well. Ready to serve !
