Steps

Wash your potatoes

Peel the potatoes

Dice potatoes

Heat oil in a pan.

Make flour paste by mixing water, salt and egg yellow food colour then deep the sliced potatoes.

Deep fry your potatoes and once golden on one side turn them.

Remove from the oil to a dry pan.

Cut the dhania then add in the sauces & little salt.

Cut tomatoes and onions then mix with dhania sauce.

Now add in the Bhajia.

Serve with favourite drink.
