Been raining a lot lately and when it rains you tend to eat more 😌 so I made this. Easy and delicious. You can add any kind of topping you like or eat it just it is like the traditional way 😊

For the batter you want to mix everything except of the milk. Then adf the milk gradually. You want a thick but runny batter for this.

Then add in the bananas that's been cut into bite pieces.

Mix them together.

Heat the oil in medium heat. After the oil is hot, fry the bananas one by one, so you have small bite pieces.

Fry until golden brown, do it until everything is finished. Drain the oil from the banana.

To serve, put the banana in a plate, add the cheese and condensed milk.
