For Rice - Wash and soak rice for 1/2 hr. Then boil water and add the rice, salt and oil, all the whole garam only 1 each. When done, strain the rice and keep aside.

For Methi pakoda - take all the ingredients and mix well, add little water. Consistency should not be very loose or thin.

Heat oil, make small balls and fry them in batches. Keep aside.

Now heat butter add the whole garam masala, crackle it. Then add the green chillies, ginger garlic paste and onions. Saute well. Add the cashews. Cook till tender.

Now add the dry masalas too and salt as reqd. Now add the rice and Methi pakoda. Cover and cook for sometime or till the all the flavours blend together nicely.

Remove in serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves and green garlic green portion.
