Steps

Firstly wash daal take a cooker add it add salt and water as required now cover the lid and boil it for 15 to 20 minutes

Now make a paste of garlic, onion, tomato and. green chilli now take a pan add ghee heat it add this paste in it and fry it now add turmeric powder mix it add red chilli powder add little salt and fry it till leave ghee

Now add boil daal in it lastly add malai and mix it serve it with chapati or rice
