Wash beans and grind into a smooth paste, add the palm oil and stir to help you sieve well and remove all husk easily, add soy milk into a pot and boil, add fermented millet water and let it boil again till it cuddles into thick fine chunk

Use a tight rack,add the cooked awara and tie lightly, allow to drain for an hour to get incorporated

Then loose the rack and slice the awara into desired shape

Then mix spices and seasonings with some warm water, soak awara, heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown.

In another pan, add little oil,hot pepper,spices and seasonings, onions, chicken slices and fried awara...stir fry for 5-7mins and serve warm.
