Blanch the broccoli in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain.

Cut the aluminum foil into 8-inch (20 cm) squares.

Place a layer of broccoli pieces in the center of each foil square. Add a dollop of mayonnaise, a slice of serrano pepper, some Oaxaca cheese, tuna, and onion slices. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Wrap each portion in the foil, folding it into a tamale-like shape.

Set up a steamer over heat and steam the foil packets for 20 minutes.

Serve hot. These go well with French fries and bread.
