Ingredients

4 servings
  • 6-8carrot grated
  • 1/2 cupchopped nuts and raisins
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2grated mawa
  • 1green cardamom
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • As neededghee and milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a wok and add crushed green cardamom

  2. 2

    Add grated carrots and saute for a while

  3. 3

    Add salt and cover till every thing is soft

  4. 4

    Remove cover add mawa and sugar and mix well

  5. 5

    Add nuts and raisins and serve
