Ingredients

  • 1.Chopped potatoes
  • 2.Cooking oil
  • 3.Sliced onions
  • 4.Crashed garlic
  • 5.Tomatoes
  • 6.Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    To a cooking pot put oil and let it heat for 2 seconds

  2. 2

    Add the sliced onions and stir to nearly golden brown

  3. 3

    Add your crashed garlic and stir

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes and stir to a thick paste

  5. 5

    Add a spoon of salt to taste

  6. 6

    Add a cup of water and leave it to simmer for 2 mins

  7. 7

    Add your potatoes stir and leave it to cook for about 20mins

  8. 8

    You can serve with your favourite vegies or rice
