Ingredients

36 cookies
  1. 3/4 Cvegetable shortening
  2. 1 Csugar
  3. 1egg
  4. 2 Cflour (gf)
  5. 1/2 tginger
  6. 1 tcinnamon
  7. 1/2 tcloves
  8. Touchallspice
  9. 2 tbaking soda
  10. 1/4 tsalt ? Might be too much

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cream shortening & sugar, add egg & molasses. Form into balls, roll in granulatered sugar ( or not, I do half & half.

  2. 2

    Cook at 350 on ungreased cookie sheet for 10- 12 minutes.
