Ingredients

36 cookies
  • 3/4 Cvegetable shortening
  • 1 Csugar
  • 1egg
  • 2 Cflour (gf)
  • 1/2 tginger
  • 1 tcinnamon
  • 1/2 tcloves
  • Touchallspice
  • 2 tbaking soda
  • 1/4 tsalt ? Might be too much

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream shortening & sugar, add egg & molasses. Form into balls, roll in granulatered sugar ( or not, I do half & half.

  2. 2

    Cook at 350 on ungreased cookie sheet for 10- 12 minutes.
