Ingredients

1 cupboiled and chopped banana blossom
4 tbspsoaked grams
2 tbspcornflakes
1 piecegreen chilli
1 tspsalad seasoning
1 tbspcumin powder
1 tbspcoriander powder
2 tbspsattu
2 tbspgram flour
2 tbsprice flour
1/2 cupcorn flour
1 cupmustard oil
to tasteSalt

Grind soaked gram, cornflakes, green chilli.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add this paste to it.

Shape into flattened balls.

Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry.

Serve hot.
