Thinking of good diet for my husband make me think of this dish. There is no specific recipes to be honest,I just chunk whatever I have in my fridge and roughly imagine how it look and taste like so there how this come out.

Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoonoyster sauce
  2. 2 tablespoonfish sauce
  3. 2 pinchsugar
  4. Garlic
  5. Chinese kailan
  6. Cabbage
  7. Peas bean
  8. Tomato
  9. Mushroom
  10. Big chili pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Prepared all your ingredients.Heat your wok and cooking oil and fry garlic until golden.First rules,fry hard vege first.As you can see in the picture I have arrange them accordingly.

    First goes in is kailan,not the leaf but the hard part then peas bean.fry about three minutes and add in cabbage and kailan leaf. Always aware of the dryness,can add abit of water now and then to avoid dry vege.

    Let it be for about 2-3minutes.Closed your wok. Then add in your others vege tomato and mushroom contain water so make sure u always aware and adjust water accordingly so it is not too much and too little.Then add in your sauces. Stir it well.leave it about 3minutes with wok closed. Take it out.and ready to serve.
