My simple and delicious dish, Caramelized Fresh Pork Belly, is a delightful recipe that pleases the taste buds.

Start by parboiling the pieces of meat in boiling water. Bring to a boil, skim off any foam, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let cook for 25 minutes, then drain. Reserve about 1/2 cup of the cooking water for later use.

In a sauté pan over medium heat, add the sugar and let it caramelize without burning. Then add the reserved cooking water and mix well to make the caramel liquid. Next, add the pieces of meat, salt, pepper, turmeric, honey, soy sauce, ginger, crushed garlic, and fish sauce. Stir everything together well and let it simmer until the sauce thickens and caramelizes without burning. There you go, it's ready. Enjoy your meal!
