Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgBathua
  2. 500 gmbesan
  3. 10-12green chillies
  4. 7-8 clovesgarlic
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 cupatta

Cooking Instructions

    Clean and wash bathua.

    Cook Bathua in a covered pan without water on medium heat till water completely get absorbed.

    Make a rough paste of chilli and garlic.

  4. 4

    Take a wide pan add besan, atta and salt mix well. Then add Bathua and green chilli paste.

    Make a dough with help of water.

  6. 6

    Make small round ball.

  7. 7

    Roll on rolling pin. Cook on tawa.

  8. 8

    Serve with ghee and green chutney.
