Fried chicken with sweet and spicy dip

Clean your chicken thoroughly and cut into parts

Pour in a clean pot and add the ginger and garlic paste, salt seasonings, onion, garam masala and bay leave, follow by a cup of water.

Place the pot on medium heat and close the pot.

Allow to cook for 10 minutes or more depending on the texture of the chicken

When done, take it down from the heat, drain, and allow to cook.

Fry the chicken in vegetable oil and drain, keep aside.

For the dip. Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil Sauté ginger and garlic paste, and onions.

Add the grounded scotch bonnet and capsicum.

Add salt to taste and a pinch of garam masala

Now add the Ketchup and honey and remove from heat.

Serve hot and enjoy
