Ingredients

  1. 7 ozPasta (I used penne, but you can use any type)
  2. 5 piecesChicken Thighs, cubed
  3. 2 slicesBacon (for flavor)
  4. 1 canChipotle Peppers. Note: Adjust the spice level to taste
  5. 3 1/2 ozPhiladelphia Cream Cheese
  6. 1/2 cupSour Cream (or regular cream)
  7. 1 1/2 ozOaxaca Cheese
  8. 1 cupMilk (240ml)
  9. 3 clovesGarlic, finely chopped
  10. 1/2 tspGround Black Pepper
  11. 1 stalkGreen Onion
  12. 1 tbspButter
  13. 1 tbspSoy Sauce
  14. 1 tbspMaggi Seasoning
  15. 1/2 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
  16. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Season and marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours with the Maggi, soy, and Worcestershire sauces.

    Melt the butter in a hot pan and add the garlic. After 1 minute, add the bacon and chicken until cooked, with a pinch of ground pepper, and mix. 2 minutes before adding the Creamy Sauce, add some chopped green onion.

    Add the Philadelphia cream cheese, Oaxaca cheese, chipotle peppers, milk, and a very light pinch of pepper. Remember to taste to adjust the spice level. If you don't want it too thick, add more milk.

    Cook the pasta of your choice, drain well, and add to the meat. After 1 minute of stirring, pour in the Creamy Chipotle Sauce. Mix well and cover for about 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat.
