  • 50 gdry okro powder
  • 500 gGoat meat
  • 50 gCrayfish
  • 4Maggi
  • Pepper
  • 3 tbspOgbono
  • leafWashed bitter

  1. 1

    Wash, season and cook meat until soft, add oil, grated pepper, crayfish, maggi and set to boil. Add you okro and ogbono and stir well to avoid lumps. Taste for salt and cook for 10 - 15mins

  2. 2

    Serve with any swallow of choice.
