Steps

Wash and dry jalpai,cut it and add salt and haldi soak it for one night.Next day take out jalfai from salt water and dry in sun for one day.

Take methi,saunf,Rai and roast and grind.Take a wok heat oil add tej pata,cloves add jalpai and all masala and green chilli chopped mix well.Add to the container and keep these container in sunlight for 5-6 days.

Tasty pickle is ready.Note-In salt jalpai was soaked so add little salt in pickle. Masala's can be increased or decreased according to your taste.
