Ingredients: 1 rotisserie chicken deboned; 2 Cans sliced mushrooms, drained; 2 Cans cream of mushroom soup; 1 Can cream of chicken soup; 1 Cup milk; 1 Pkg egg noodles cooked al dente and drained; 1 Can rotel drained; 2 Cups frozen peas; 5 mini sweet peppers chopped up; 2 tbsp minced garlic; 1 Bunch scallions chopped; 2 Pkg mixed shredded cheese; to taste Salt and pepper

1rotisserie chicken deboned
2 Canssliced mushrooms, drained
2 Canscream of mushroom soup
1 Cancream of chicken soup
1 Cupmilk
1 Pkgegg noodles cooked al dente and drained
1 Canrotel drained
2 Cupsfrozen peas
5mini sweet peppers chopped up
2 tbspminced garlic
1 Bunchscallions chopped
2 Pkgmixed shredded cheese
to tasteSalt and pepper

Combine all the ingredients together plus one package of shredded cheese and place in a deep casserole dish.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Add last package of shredded cheese on the top of a casserole and bake for 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy
