  • 1/2onion diced
  • 1 1/2 Stalkscelery diced
  • 1/2Bell pepper diced (Any color)
  • 3Eggs boiled and diced
  • Mayo (Your desired amount)
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

  1. 1

    Season chicken with salt and pepper and salt and saute in oil. Chop into small to medium pieces.

  2. 2

    Address of ingredients and shock chicken to a large mixing bowl and combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a sandwich roll and enjoy.
