Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupscooked white beans
  2. 1/4 tspsalt
  3. 1/8 tspbaking powder
  4. 1/3 cupoats
  5. 1/2 cupmashed banana, as ripe as possible (1 medium)
  6. 1/4 cuppeanut butter
  7. 1/4 cupbrown sugar or honey
  8. 2 tspvanilla extract
  9. 1/2 cupchocolate chips, plus more for the top if desired

Steps

  1. 1

    In a good food processor, process all ingredients except the chips until completely smooth.

  2. 2

    Stir in the chips, and serve with cookies, sliced fruit, Bread or anything else you want to dip in cookie dough! Store leftovers covered and refrigerated 2-3 days.
