Steps

Take half of the milk and start boiling in low flame...keep stering

Take 2nd half of the milk and start boiling and add citric acid/vinegar...when milk curdle...take it out in a muslin cloth and apply cold water and squeeze off the excess water and let it rest for 1/2 hr

Go to the 1st half of the milk and remove the cream of the milk in a bowl...

When the milk is thik enough..then add the cream and mix well...add sugar... cardamom powder..nuts and move aside

See the chena is ready or not if there is water then leave for 15 mins

In a pan add 1 cup of sugar and 2 cup of water and star boiling... Make small balls of chena balls..

Add chena balls in sugar syrup and cover the lid and keep it boiling for 15 mint..

See the balls double the size remove excess syrup from balls

Now take a serving tray or bowl... Add balls in the bottom and put rabri and chopped nuts and keep it for 4 hrs and enjoy
