Ingredients

  • 1 cupBasmati rice
  • 1/2Cauliflower
  • 1 tbspPeas
  • 1Potato
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 2Bay leaves 2
  • 2-3Cloves
  • 2Cardamom
  • 1Cinnamon stick
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 3-4 tspOil
  • 2Onion
  • 1 tsp gratedGinger garlic

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash basmati rice

  2. 2

    Chop all the veggies

  3. 3

    Heat oil crackle cumin seeds

  4. 4

    Add bay leaves,cumin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon stick

  5. 5

    Add onion then ginger garlic paste

  6. 6

    Add rice then water as required

  7. 7

    Pressure cook it for 2 whistles

  8. 8

    Enjoy delicious pulav
