Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder for sometime.

Take a pan, put mustard oil in it and deep fry the fish.

In that oil, put a pinch of nigella seeds, green chillies, little water, mustard - poppy seeds paste, salt, turmeric powder and kashmiri mirch powder and stir well

Now, put one by one all pieces of fish and let it get cooked for sometime.

Put off the gas oven and put 1 tsp of mustard oil over it and it's ready.
