Ingredients

  • Chives
  • 4-6russet potatoes (chopped)
  • Real bacon bits
  • Chives
  • 1/2 cupyellow onions (chopped)
  • 2bay leaves
  • 2 clovesgarlic (chopped)
  • Water
  • 3chicken buillion cubes
  • 1

Steps

  1. 1

    Add everything to pot of water except chives. Cook till potatoes, are fork tender.

  2. 2

    Mash potatoes a little but, remove bay leaves first add bacon bits and shredded cheese enjoy.
