Ingredients

  1. Chives
  2. 4-6russet potatoes (chopped)
  3. Real bacon bits
  4. Chives
  5. 1/2 cupyellow onions (chopped)
  6. 2bay leaves
  7. 2 clovesgarlic (chopped)
  8. Water
  9. 3chicken buillion cubes
  10. 1

Steps

  1. 1

    Add everything to pot of water except chives. Cook till potatoes, are fork tender.

  2. 2

    Mash potatoes a little but, remove bay leaves first add bacon bits and shredded cheese enjoy.
