Kadi with methi onion pakoda

#Ingredientbesan... North Karnataka Special besan and dahi ki kadi.
Steps

Beat curd add turmeric powder, salt, mirchi ka thecha and 2 tbs besan beat well.

In a pan add little oil give tadka with onion, red chilli, curry leaves, common and mistar seeds, then add curd and besan mixture, add water and let it boil.

In another bowl take besan, add chopped methi, onion, salt, green chilllies and little cooking soda.

Heat oil in a kadai and fry pakodas.

Remove and add this pakda to the kadi cook fir 5-10 mins, add chori ander leaves and switch off the gas.

Serve with white boiled rice.
