Preheat oven to 175C and mix all the dry ingredients together. Blend the strawberry and keep aside

Add eggs, milk, oil, strawberry flavor, Pink food color and the blended strawberry to the mixed ingredients

Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed of mixer. Stir in the boiling water last
- 4
Arrange cupcake papers on a pan and pour the batter evenly then bake for about 15-20 minutes until test done with a toothpick
