  • 4extra large eggs
  • 310 gmscastor sugar
  • 2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 15 mlbaking powder
  • 1 mlsalt
  • 250 gmsmilk
  • 100 gmsbutter
  • 5 mlvanilla extract

  1. 1

    Beat eggs and sugar till light and creamy.

    Sift flour baking powder and salt together.

    Add egg to the mixture & let combine well.

    Heat milk & butter in a Sucepan.

    Stir till butter is melted.

    Remove from heat and add essence then bake in preheated oven.
