Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsCooked rice
  2. 1Raw mango
  3. 1 bowlgreen peas(optional)
  4. 1Capsicum(optional)
  5. Forseasoning:
  6. as neededoil
  7. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  8. 1 cupBengal gram and urad daal
  9. 5 green chillies
  10. SomeCurry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan take oil,add mustard, urad Dal,Bengal gram, green chillies-6,curry leaves, turmeric,salt(one after the other)

  2. 2

    Switch off the stove and add grated raw mango and mix nicely

  3. 3

    Now add cooked rice and mix ready mango rice

  4. 4

    Garnish with Coriander nicely
