  1. Rice
  2. 3Scotch bonnet
  3. 2onions
  4. Seasoning
  5. Oil
  6. Curry
  7. Salt
  8. Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Put your pot on fire add oil,grating and seasoning then add water cover it when boiled then pour your parboiled rice and allow it to cook

  2. 2

    Break your egg put maggi and grating beat it add oil on a pan and fry it.

  3. 3

    Wash your cucumber cut it and used it for garnishing
