Parboil macaroni and set aside. Parboil beef season then fry and set aside, grind crayfish and set aside.

Wash carrot, Green beans and green pepper and chop to desired shapes. Chop tomatoes, onions and pepper and fry with vegetable oil till dry and set aside

Place stock from beef on heat and pour in fried tomatoes and crayfish, add seasoning and salt and allow to boil then pour in parboiled macaroni and cook till there's little or no water left then pour in chopped onions, green beans and carrot. Season with a cube then place fried beef on it and allow to simmer on low heat till dried.
