Ingredients

  • 200 gramspaneer
  • 4big two spoons of hung curd
  • Halfteaspoon of kasuri methi
  • Salt, garam masala powder, black salt, red chilli Powder as need
  • 1 tablespoontandoori masala
  • Halftablespoon mustard oil
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • 1big onion
  • 1big capsicum

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the paneer capsicum and onion in cubes shape.

  2. 2

    Now in a mixing bowl add add all ingredients and mix well. Keep it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.

  3. 3

    Now on a non stick tawa fry that tikkas with little oil. Rotate them frequently till they became golden brown in colour. Turn off the gas and serve hot.
