  • For paneer marination
  • 1/2 cup paneer cube
  • 1 cuptri colours bel pepper
  • 2Onion
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 2 tspGinger garlik paste
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 tspMix herbs
  • 2 tspLemon juice
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • As neededMakhani sauce
  • As neededTomato puree 4 Tomatoes
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspOil
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 2 tbspCream
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • Other veg
  • 1 cupcabbage leaves
  • 1 tspBlack peppers
  • 2Capsicums base half cut
  • Brockly boiled
  • 1 cup3 colourd capsicums carrot and onion around
  • For rice
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1 cupboiled rice
  • Salt to to taste
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 1 cupparsley
  • For buttre garlik white sauce with corn
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 1 tbspmaida
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1 tspgarlik paste
  • As neededBoiled corn
  • 1 tspChilli flakea
  • 1 tspsugar
  • For rice
  • Make jeeera rice

Steps

30 mini
  1. 1

    Take pan add butter add ginger garlik paste maidastir them until it's colour change now add milk and stir constantly boil it's becomesemi thick add corn cheese salt chilli flakes bleck pepper and pour capsicums bowl

    For maerrination add all ingredients together and keep aside for 30 mini after that on tava

    Makhani greavy add oil in apan add gingergarlik paste add tomato puree keepit till water burnsadd salt sugar less then tsp kasoori methi red chilli powddergaram masalan last cream and keep on slow gasfor 2 mini

    Now other vegetables stirfry it

    Assembly of sizzler take. Sizzler traymake hot redkeep cabbage leaveson that one side one side ricea and side makhani sauce near that bbq veg next tocapsicumbowlnext to keep it bbq paneer

    You cann keep finger chips also
