Cut the paneer capsicum and onion in cubes shape.

Now in a mixing bowl add add all ingredients and mix well. Keep it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.

Now on a non stick tawa fry that tikkas with little oil. Rotate them frequently till they became golden brown in colour. Turn off the gas and serve hot.
