Ingredients

60 mins
  1. 2 cflour
  2. 1 t.baking soda
  3. 1/4 t.salt
  4. 1/2 cbutter
  5. 3/4 cbrown sugar
  6. 2eggs, beaten
  7. 2-3mashed bananas
  8. Icing:
  9. 1 cupsifted powdered sugar
  10. 1/4 t.vanilla
  11. 1 Tbsp.milk
  12. I like to add flax-chia-hemp seeds to the mix. Enjoy! ❤

Cooking Instructions

60 mins
  1. 1

    Mix together flour, baking soda & salt in a nice sized bowl.

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl cream butter & sugar - Then stir in eggs & bananas.

  3. 3

    Combine the two bowls together- Pour into a 9 x 5 greased pan. Bake for about 60 minutes, until your tooth pick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes on a wire rack.

    I usually double this recipe, making 1 loaf and 1 batch of muffins. The recipe is very versatile. You can add more banana if you'd like to increase the banana flavor. I have also made it with add-ins (choc. chips, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts). Stir in after flour.
