Steps

Cut fish into pieces and wash nicely.

Add salt to taste,red chilli powder turmeric powder.

Smear all over the fish and keep for 5-10 mins.

Heat oil in a pan.Add 3-4 pcs at a time and fry on slow to medium flame.

Fry both the sides till Brown in colour.
- 6
Take out on a plate once fried and serve the fried fish with rice-dal for dinner.
