Potato & celeriac gratin

Ingredients

  1. 1celeriac
  2. 5potatos
  3. Handfulpine nuts
  4. Handfulwalnuts
  5. 250 gCheddar Cheese
  6. 2eggs
  7. 250 mloat milk
  8. to tastenutmeg
  9. salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut celeriac potatoes in 1cm thick slices and place in alternating layers in a baking tray.

    Mix eggs and oat milk and pour over celeriac / potatoes.

  3. 3

    Roast pine nuts in pan until gold brown. Chop walnuts in small pieces. Sprinkle both nuts over celeriac / potatoes in tray.

    Crate cheese and sprinkle on top of all other ingredients.

  5. 5

    Use nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Preheat oven at 200C and place tray inside for 30min.
