Perboil potatoes with salt, when almost done, add cauliflower florets, blanch and set aside.
Separate potatoes from cauli flower, add little oil, seasoning and spice, add cayenne pepper and mix all together. Heat oil in a pan on a low flame add onions and stir fry, add potatoes, cauliflower and stir. Let it simmer. Add persley then serve.
