Steps

Take a 1+1/2cup of water then add dry fruits soaked at 10 minutes.After 10 minutes take a pan drain dry fruits water in a pan.Then water boil keep a side.

Take a pan add sugar then sugar ceramalized add dry fruits boiled water mix and boil for 5 minutes.Use hot water otherwise sugar is crystalized.

After 5 minutes add dry fruits mix and boil for 4 to 5 minutes then drain water in a vessel keep a side.

Take a bowl add butter and condensed milk mix and whisk for light and fluffy batter.

Then add all purpose flour,baking powder and vanilla essensence mixed.

Then add dry fruits and ceramalized water mix then make a cake batter.

Take a cake tin greased in oil and pour cake batter and bake in pre heated oven at 180° at 20 minutes and 100 °at 25 minutes.

Christmas Cake is ready.
