Soak dal for 3-4 hours in water. After that cook it in pressure cooker with salt and turmeric powder for 40-15 minutes at low flame.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste,onion, tomato, green chilli,Kasturi meethi,red chilli powder.Cook it till they get brown.

Add this Mixture into the dal and cook it for 10 minutes with lid open at low flame.Add garam masala in it.

Pour it into a bowl and add cream and Coriander leaves.

Dal Makhni is ready to eat.
