Steps

Dice your vegetables, slice the onions and keep aside.

Grate red pepper together with onion.

Boil the vegetables for few minutes.

Fry the vegetables, red pepper with vegetable oil for some minutes.

Put your cous-cous in a container together with the fried vegetables, sliced onions, spices, seasonings and mix all together.

Sprinkle some water, put in a steamer and steamed for 10-15 minutes.
