Boil soaked mung & Matki till done.

Take a pan add some oil and heat.Add little jira,Hing and allow to splutter.

Add gimgeragrlic paste and saute.Add Onions chopped and saute 5mins more.

Put salt as needed.Add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric,jeera powder and stir fry.

Add tomatoes now and mix.

Keep stirring til all tomatoes softens.

Now put boiled mung and Matki.Mix nicely.Add 1 glass water and let it boil.

After sometime add chopped coriander and turn off gas.This we call Usal in Marathi.

We need to keep this little watery.

Take serving bowl,add two laddles of this usal that we prepared.

On top put farsan mixture (readymade) and serve with Paav.

Misal is ready to be served!
