Steps

Sift the flour,milk powder,yeast,sugar,& salt in a large bowl. Combine water & oil

Pour liquid into the flour mixture. Bind to a dough

Sprinkle some more flour on a surface & knead for 10 mins

Knead till smooth & elastic

Transfer in a bowl, lightly oiled. Brush the surface of the dough.

Cover & leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

After an hour punch it& knead for 1 min.

Roll into a rectangular & place in the tin. Cover to rise for 20 mins

Using a wooden spoon, press dough all over & form indents 1 cm deep

Brush with combined olive oil,garlic, salt over the surface

Top with olives & rosemary. Sprinkle oregano,salt

Bake @180°c for 20-25 mins or till golden brown

Cut into squares while still warm
